With a story that began at the age of 19, when Cristina Toader took over the business, Neoclinique is more than just an ordinary dental clinic. At that time, it was merely a neighborhood medical office that did not even offer dentistry, but only a few completely different medical specialties: gynecology, a medical analysis laboratory, alternative therapy, and family medicine.

 

“I developed the business organically, step by step. I purchased my first high-quality dental unit at the age of 21, and I still remember how much I paid for it: 200,000,000 (old lei), in 2002. My husband, Nuțu Toader, joined the company later, in 2004. At that time, neither of us was a doctor, and we viewed the business from only two perspectives: that of the entrepreneur, who wanted the business to grow, to provide quality services to our patients, and to generate profit—profit meaning, at that moment, simply revenue minus expenses.

 

We didn’t understand why one doctor would use more materials than another for the same type of procedure, for example, because we saw these things as clear and mathematical. There was also the moral perspective: we both had a strong desire to do good for our patients. We constantly took patient feedback into account and continuously improved our services based on it—a practice we still follow today.

 

In 2006, we both enrolled in the Faculty of Dentistry, and from that moment on, everything changed radically. Finally, we understood the medical perspective as well, and we were able to develop our services qualitatively, exactly in the direction we envisioned—a vision in which patient trust and the relationship built between patient and doctor are paramount. We were not just entrepreneurs at the beginning; we became entrepreneur-doctors, having both attended and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry. Thus, we brought a unique perspective to our business, combining entrepreneurial skills with medical expertise.

 

The challenges were numerous, but we managed every obstacle with determination and resolve. The 2020 pandemic was undoubtedly one of the most difficult moments for us. We were forced to adapt quickly to the changes imposed by the situation and to make difficult decisions to ensure the survival of the business. Yet, even in the midst of chaos, we found the courage to evolve and to invest during a time of crisis.

 

Our main differentiator lies in our interdisciplinary and personalized approach to each patient. We do not treat only dental conditions; we focus on creating an authentic, aesthetically pleasing smile for every individual. By using advanced technology and 3D design, we work together with the patient to achieve realistic and functional results. Each case is treated as a project, and treatment plans are developed as a team and discussed in detail with the patient.

 

We also offer a transparent and personalized experience for every patient. Each patient benefits from a dedicated guide who supports them throughout the entire treatment process. Everything is managed efficiently and transparently, and patients have access to their medical records through an online platform, where they can follow the progress of their treatment.

 

In addition, we continuously invest in technology and in the development of our staff to ensure that we provide the best possible dental services. From electronic anesthesia to digital planning of dental implants, we stay up to date with the latest technologies and medical practices, so that we can offer treatments of superior quality to our patients.”
