Associate professor Sanda Maria Cretoiu

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sanda Maria Crețoiu is a physician and academic, with extensive experience in medicine, research and medical education. Throughout her career, she has combined the scientific rigor of academic medicine with a deep interest in understanding the patient as a whole.

She is an Associate Professor at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, with teaching and scientific activity in the fields of cell biology, histology and fundamental medicine. Her training and experience in cell biology, molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry and microscopic morphology essentially complement her understanding of the mechanisms through which imbalances and diseases develop at the cellular level.
