Am apelat la serviciile dnei nutritionist in urma efectuarii unui set de analize de baza, care m-au ingrijorat...aveam glicemia usor marita, lipsa de vit D, etc... In plus, eram mereu obosita, nervoasa si lipsita de vlaga si de chef pentru orice fel de activitate, ma obosea pana si verificatul temelor baiatului. Si baiatul nu era chiar ok dpdv alimentar, avand si o anemie feripriva. Dna nutritionst a fost foarte rabdatoare, draguta si atenta...a gasit o cale de mijloc pentru amandoi, astfel incat am reusit sa ne schimbam stilul de a manca. Am reusit sa slabesc cca 10 kg, din care 2.5 kg de pe organe. Mai am de muncit in continuare cu poftele si cu mancatul haotic, eu avand si program haotic, sunt pe fuga mereu. Baiatului i-au iesit bune analizele la feritina, ceea ce ma bucura. Acum avem energie sa iesim la plimbare, suntem mai atenti, mai vioi si mai odihniti. Si cel mai imbucurator este faptul ca regimul se bazeaza pe ce ai in camara sau in frigider, nu implica cine stie ce costuri exorbitante sau alimente nemaiauzite. Mananci absolut orice fel de mancare, chiar si mici gustari dulci(care ajuta maxim la psihic). Pentru mine este mai mult un curs de educatie alimentara...
