Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. In consideration of fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into ticketed sessions. Airports The Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) is located approximately 15.3 miles / 25 minutes from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Annual Meeting Mobile App Children and Guests Due to the scientific nature of the meeting, delegates are asked to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to education sessions. For local childcare options, we recommend contacting the concierge staff in your hotel. Registered guests are welcome to visit the Exhibit Hall. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times. Committee Meetings Committee meetings are held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting for the purpose of conducting AAAAI related business. Current and newly appointed members of each committee are expected to attend these meetings. If you would like information about joining a particular committee, please contact the AAAAI executive office at (414) 272-6071 or info@aaaai.org. The schedule of AAAAI committee meetings taking place at the Annual Meeting will be included in the Online Planner. Discounted Registration Fees for Participants from Developing Countries AAAAI Fellows and members from developing countries are eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee when their country of residence is designated as “low income” or “lower-middle income” by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita), provided their membership dues are paid through December 2027. Eligibility requirements will be verified during the registration process. Only individual delegates who pre-register by Wednesday, January 6, 2027 are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to individuals who register after January 6, 2027 or for groups. Exhibits Exhibit Hall Hours Friday, February 19 - 9:00 am to 3:45 pm Saturday, February 20 - 9:45 am to 3:15 pm Sunday, February 21 - 9:45 am to 2:00 pm Location Sessions held as part of the 2027 AAAAI Annual Meeting will take place at the following locations: New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center 900 Convention Center Boulevard New Orleans, LA 70130 Hilton New Orleans Riverside (Headquarter Hotel) Two Poydras Street New Orleans, LA 70130 Lost & Found Any items turned in to the Registration Desk will be kept for 30 days after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. After 30 days, any unclaimed items will be discarded. Recording of Sessions Individual recording of educational sessions is not permitted. Recordings of the Annual Meeting will be available online approximately 6 weeks after the conclusion of the live meeting. The recordings include presentation slides along with video and audio for the Plenary and Keynote sessions, and presentation slides synchronized with the audio recordings for selected courses, symposia, workshops, pro/con debates and allied health sessions. Ticketed sessions are not recorded. The Online Planner, available in October 2026, will indicate which sessions will be recorded. Registration Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, to all Members on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 and all delegates on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Exhibitor registration opens on November 11, 2026. The deadline for early registration pricing is Wednesday, January 6, 2027. The registration desk will be located in the New Orleans Ernest N.
