Healthcare Assistant:

Healthcare Assistants will be paid a basic rate of £7.30 per hour with uncapped holiday pay (based on average working hours).
Each placement ensures a minimum of 35 working hours per week. (Average hours are 45 per week)

Nurse with valid NMC PIN:

Basic rate is £14-15.37 per hour with uncapped holiday pay (based on average working hours)
Each placement ensures a minimum of 35 working hours per week. (Average hours are 45 per week)

Additional requirements for approved nurses, who are not registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC):

- Diploma (nurses) - translated and legalized;
- Academic transcript (if it is not part of the Diploma as the new requirement for diplomas issued in the EU) - translated and legalized;
- Disclosure and Barring Service certificate - translated by an authorized translation company;
- Certificate of marriage (if Diploma is issued with the Candidate’s maiden name) - translated by an authorized translation company;

Job Description – Care assistant

• To assist the service users in personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toilet needs
• To assist in the serving and clearing of meals, snacks and drinks
• Responding promptly to call bell
• To report any accidents or unexplained injuries immediately to the nurse in charge
• To ensure that service users are socially presentable in appearance at all times
• To ensure that service users have any aids e.g. - Dentures, Hearing Aids, Spectacles etc, fitted, cleaned and in working order
• To assist the service users in rehabilitation activities under the guidance and supervision of the Home Manager and trained nursing staff
• To assist in the cleaning of the Home as the need arises, particularly dining areas after meals and to support infection control e.g. cleaning up spills immediately
• To work at all times, within the guidelines of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Employee Handbook and Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedure
• To respect the rights of service users including privacy and dignity
• To ensure that all Company policies and procedures are followed at all times
• To report to the Registered manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a service user
• To read and write reports, take part in staff and service users' meetings and in training activities as directed.

Job Description – Junior Nurse

• Nurses who have less training than registered nurses or who are new on the job and have very limited experience are considered to be junior nurses
• assists patients with normal living tasks, especially hygiene and dressing, walking, eating and bathing
• Routinely monitor patients' vital signs, recording things such as weight, blood pressure, pulse and respiration
• planning for patients' needs and will work with RNs and doctors to develop a health plan for each patient
• Supervise nursing assistants in their care of the residents of the home
• Changes bandages as necessary
• Assist with tasks that address a patient's basic needs, such as providing help with eating, bathing, staying comfortable in bed, and standing, dressing or walking
• Passes all information gathered to the physician or to a registered nurse for further evaluation
• Assist the doctor during the patient examination, give any injections ordered, and clean and bandage any wounds per the doctor's instructions

Job Description - Registered General Nurse

• To ensure that care and support is delivered in accordance with the needs and wishes of the customer.
• Ensure that each resident has a life plan in place which reflects their needs and wishes for the care and support that they require
• To provide a high standard of nursing care and to meet the needs of residents based on an assessment of their care needs in consultation with residents and their relatives
• Ordering of drugs and medical supplies and the safe disposal of unwanted drugs in accordance with accepted procedures
• Storage and administration of drugs including controlled drugs
• Routine observations and record keeping
• Care of wounds
• All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters that they might learn in the course of their employment. All staff are expected to respect the requirements under the Data Protection Act 1998
• Work with individuals, groups, and families to plan and implement programs designed to improve the overall health of communities
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition
• Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained

One Week Training:

An intensive one week induction programme at our training center in UK. The course provides the underpinning knowledge of the 15 standards of the Care Certificate and covers additional topics:

- Blood Pressure
This certification is required by law. After successfully completing on-going practice in the Care Home we will issue you with certificates.

In addition:
• We will provide a uniform for work (this excludes shoes)
• We will apply for a valid criminal check in the UK (POVA / DBS)
• We will provide Public Liability insurance
• We offer you a full time permanent contract with the client.
• We provide you with a work placement at £7p/h
- We pay uncapped holiday pay (based on your average number of working hours)
- We pay Statutory sick pay
• All contracts are Minimum 35 hours per week, overtime available
• We pay all our Candidates fortnightly to help with cash flow
• Once you accept a job offer we will find accommodation in the area
