NucleoSpin Soil is the solution for the purification of DNA from soil samples. Homogenization of the samples can be performed with the included MN Bead Tubes Type A. Two particular lysis buffers, dedicated to different soil compositions, and the Enhancer SX bring about lysis of the soil sample. The NucleoSpin Inhibitor Removal Column ensures the removal of interfering substanzes before DNA is extracted in an easy workflow.
